Hein & Oetting creates future. Hein & Oetting trains people.

We co-operate with schools, universities and other educational institutions in order to give pupils and students access to practical experiences.

We provide safe working conditions which don't endanger the health of our employees. We reduce immissions and emissions to keep pollution of our environment as low as possible and always apply ressources responsibly.

Furthermore Hein & Oetting is active beyond the realm of the company context:

• since 2005 we finance the education of our godchildren in Ghana and Ethiopia
• the Hamburg-based hospice for kids Sternenbrücke is being supported by us with donations
• we support the youth soccer team of SC Rönnau 74
• Hein & Oetting organises school tours and participates in the Girl's day
• we offer internships for teachers and students 
• our company supports the work of the Winterhude Workshops for  handicapped and the Alsterdorfer Anstalten
