Quality management
The satisfaction of our customers is the benchmark for the quality of the products and services of Hein & Oetting.
Our goal, "zero-defects-production", can only be achieved with a sophisticated quality management, which is being applied to all areas of the production process. This requires first-class employees and standardized manufacturing processes to safeguard the production.
Hein & Oetting quality management procedures (measurement equipment surveillance) are ISO 9001-2000 certified.
Our CAQ system (Computer Aided Quality) analyses, visualises and archives quality-related data concerning the respective manufacturing processes. CAQ comprises computer-based solutions for the planning and execution of quality control and complaint management in the industrial sector. This facilitates, apart from sole data logging, the digitalisation, transfer and long-term storage of all relevant data.
At Hein & Oetting we put emphasis on versatile testing schemes in order to be able to guarantee the optimum testing accuracy for the varying requirements of the production processes.
Therefore we possess, for example, our own air-conditioned cleanroom. Amongst our quality standards are, of course, the transparency of the quality level and the quality costs, which we continuously disclose by means of identified key quality data.
