• Hein & Oetting Feinwerktechnik OHG was founded in Hamburg in 1970 - Hein & Oetting Feinwerktechnik GmbH was established in 1992
• In 2005, Lars Reeder took over the management of the company and became the major shareholder as a result of a management-buy-in
• Hein & Oetting is a medium-sized company with about 80 employees
• We care about qualified trainees. Currently we are employing 12 trainees and dual students which equals a training rate of 15 percent
  
• Hein & Oetting produces approximately one third of each: components,  assemblies and finished products
• Our quality management is EN ISO 9001:2000 certified
• For the magnetic compasses of the brand C.Plath, which are being produced by us, we are entitled to issue the legalized BSH certificate of the Federal Office for Maritime Navigation and Hydrography
