We are specialized in measuring and testing. For this reason customers regularly approach us with their specific testing problems.

In such cases we develop customer-specific testing devices based on a flexibly deployable range of equipment. A typical example shows how Hein & Oetting develops complete testing applications for its customers:  

A serial manufacturer of ball joints faces the task of securing the quality of its products throughout a three-shift operation. During this process the machine operator must continuously draw random samples and take over testing tasks without being trained in the use of measuring devices.

The testing device developed by us enables even an untrained operator after a short instruction to test a part properly and reliably.
